About Us

Miriam Agrell is an executive leader and team creator with deep roots in theater, production, storytelling, and community building. She is a questioner, listener, context gatherer, operational planner, and business grower. She’s led teams and agencies large and small, and managed budgets to match. Now she helps organizations create their best work, build their careers and companies, and gain support for their contributions to our communities and the world.

Kavita Vora draws on a versatile background of experience in finance, production, operations, and executive leadership. She is a people-focused partner who enjoys working with company leaders to realize a long-term vision, as well as with folks responsible for day-to-day execution to support successful outcomes. She loves to collaborate with organizations that prioritize values, community, and impact to achieve sustainable growth and agile operations.

Kristina Maugg is a collaborator and communicator who loves to bring people together, synthesize ideas, and achieve goals. Her organizational, managerial, and creative skills have made her an in-demand project manager for growing and established enterprises alike. Her ability to see the big picture while presiding over large teams, diverse stakeholders, and detail-heavy situations makes her indispensable to the leaders she works with.
